Shotokan Karate Association 6th Annual Open Championships 8th February 2009
On the 8th February 2009 we went to the tournament at Woughton Sports Centre in Milton Keynes.
We all had a good day, everyone enjoyed it, winning lots of Gold, Silver and Bronze medals in kata and kumite.
The participants all worked extreemly hard and did us all proud.

Aaron Bowater : winning Silver

My own sons Aidan and Aaron had to face off against each other in the final, with aidan winning the gold and Aaron winning the silver, well done lads.
