Sunday 7th February - Training with Stewart Tompkins
Dudley Shukokai and Pensnett Shotokan karate clubs joined forces to welcome sensei Stewart Thompkins, FEKO assistant coach to the club. As usual sensei Thompkins bought something different to the training session, starting with some stamina work, then onto co ordination with some ladder work and following a short break he went on to teach the students how to make up distance before performing a kick.
