Pensnett Shotokan Karate Club (PSKC) respects your privacy, so we agree to abide by the following principles:

 

  • Information supplied to PSKC will be treated with respect and in accordance with all applicable UK Data Protection legislation currently in force.
  • The (UK) Data Protection Act 1998 requires every data controller who is processing personal data to notify (the Register) unless they are exempt.
  • Failure to notify is a criminal offence.
  • Information will only be used by PSKC for the purposes that you have agreed to.
  • Unless agreed to by any member, information supplied to PSKC will not be divulged to a third party, except to comply with the law or to protect the rights of property of PSKC or to protect the personal safety of PSKC employees, employees of partner or sister clubs or members of the public.
  • The website holds or displays no personal member information other than that freely allowed by that member.
